(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman.
(2) If at least fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in the absence of the chairman, a person chosen by the members from among themselves shall preside over the meeting.
(4) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(5) Other matters related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
